Shipping Policy

Free U.S. Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement and no hidden standard-shipping charge.

Processing and Estimated Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Most U.S. orders are estimated to arrive within 5–8 business days from the order date. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address issues, or unusually high order volume may affect delivery time.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address Changes

Review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. To request an address change, email support@mayceelegante.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered fulfillment.

Multiple Shipments

Products may be fulfilled from different locations, so an order may arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Packages

If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period, your package appears lost, or it arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@mayceelegante.com with your order number. We will investigate and work to resolve eligible issues at no additional cost to you.

Canada Orders

Free standard shipping is currently available for Canada orders. Canada shipments may be subject to customs processing, duties, or taxes as displayed at checkout or required by local law, and delivery times may vary.
