Shipping Policy

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes approximately 5–8 business days.

Shipping Cost

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may contain products fulfilled from different locations. In these cases, your order may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Tracking information may take a short time to update after your package has been handed over to the carrier.

Canada Orders

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs processing or other import requirements. Any applicable duties or taxes will be handled according to the information displayed during checkout and applicable local regulations.

Delays

Although we work to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or unusually high order volume.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Packages

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue at no additional cost when the problem is caused by damage, loss, or an incorrect shipment.
