Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

 

Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

 

How to start a return

Email us at mayceelegante@gmail.com with your full name, order number (for example #1234) and the reason for your return. Once approved, we'll send full instructions and the return address. Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

 

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping and will make it right - just contact us right away with a photo of the issue.

 

Hygiene-sensitive items

For health and hygiene reasons, swimwear, lingerie and similar intimate items can only be returned if unworn, unwashed and with all hygiene liners and tags fully intact.

 

Sale, promotional and bundle (set) items

Items bought on sale, with a discount code, during a promotion, or as part of a 2/3/4-piece set are eligible for return as store credit (a shopping voucher) rather than a cash refund. Exchanges are not available on these items.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right at no cost to you.

 

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on gift cards, or on items that are worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without tags and original packaging.

 

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item (once approved) and place a new order separately.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. If approved, your refund (or store credit, where applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post the refund.

 

EU and UK 14-day cooling-off period

If your order ships to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is returned unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
