Your order is not deemed accepted until acceptance is confirmed by Mayce Elegante. To accept your order, we must receive and process your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order is accepted, Mayce Elegante may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests. If we do not accept, or if we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at checkout.
Your purchases are eligible only for returns or exchanges in accordance with our Return Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand over products to the carrier.

Mayce Elegante is supported by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases made in our store are conducted directly between you and Mayce Elegante. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from sales between you and Mayce Elegante, including those related to products and services purchased. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or relating to your purchases and transactions with Mayce Elegante.
